Head-On Collision Between 2 Pickup Trucks on East Manning Avenue in Fresno

 
FRESNO, CA (November 26, 2018) – A man was hurt following a head-on collision Monday afternoon on Manning Avenue in Fresno, the California Highway Patrol reported.
 
The collision happened around 2:31 p.m. on the eastbound direction of Manning Avenue, a quarter mile East of Highway 41.
 
According to an initial report, a white Ford pickup truck collided head-on with another pickup truck. The impact caused the Ford to overturn sending debris on the roadway.
 
When officers arrived, a male occupant was found outside of a vehicle and was sitting on the ground with a complaint of pain. The Ford pickup had major rollover damage.
 
Emergency crews and towing services were dispatched to the scene to give aid to the injured patient and remove the vehicles from the wreckage.
 
It is unknown if speed, drugs and/or alcohol were contributing factors of the crash. The incident remains under investigation.
