Motorcycle and Car Collide on Highway 84 in Fremont Badly Injures Rider

 
FREMONT, CA (March 14, 2019) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured following a traffic collision Thursday morning on Highway 84 in Fremont.
 
The collision happened around 9:48 a.m. on the westbound direction of the highway, just East of Paseo Padre Parkway.
 
A gray Nissan Leaf and a white BMW motorcycle were involved, CHP officials said. The rider suffered major injuries with a broken left leg. Paramedics transported the patient to a hospital in an unknown condition.
 
The driver in the Nissan was also taken by ambulance to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
 
An investigation is still ongoing to determine who was at fault and to gather all the factors involved in the accident.
