Frank Garcia of Apple Valley Killed in Lancaster Car Accident
Lancaster, CA (October 8, 2022) – On Friday, Frank Garcia lost his life in a two-vehicle crash on 140th Street East.
The fatal crash occurred at about 7 a.m. in the area of East Avenue J.
Apparently, an assailant ran a stop sign, resulting in the death of Mr. Garcia, with his brother and cousin, both passengers, sustaining minor injuries.
