Francisco Moreno Dies after Auto-Pedestrian Crash on 37th Avenue and Glendale Road in Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ (May 7, 2022) – Saturday night, 42-year-old Francisco Moreno died in a crash on 37th Avenue and Glendale Road.

The fatal crash in Phoenix happened on May 7.

Phoenix Police said the driver of a white passenger car was heading eastbound on Glendale Road when they hit Moreno who was crossing mid-block.

Investigators said they found Moreno lying in the roadway. He died at the crash scene.

The driver remained at the scene, uninjured.

It is unknown if speed or impairment is a factor at this time.

No other information is immediately available.
