Francisco Manquero Killed in Head-On Crash on 19th Avenue [Phoenix, AZ]

Deadly Head-On Crash Occurs near Thomas Road

 
PHOENIX, AZ (August 15, 2019) – Francisco Manquero died in a head-on crash on 19th Avenue northbound on Thursday morning.
 
According to the Police, the collision happened near Thomas Road at around 9:30 AM. Based on a report, 25-year-old Manquero’s Chevrolet Impala crossed over into southbound lane from the northbound traffic. After that, the car collided head-on with a Ford F-150 truck. A 57-year-old woman drove the truck.
 
An attending coroner pronounced Manquero dead at the scene.
 
In addition, paramedics took the 57-year-old woman to a hospital for treatment.
 
Police did not release any other information regarding the crash at this time. Authorities conducted a clearing operation in the area. However, the crash is still currently under investigation.
