SALINAS, CA (February 7, 2022) – Saturday night, authorities arrested Francisco Felix after a DUI crash on Towt Street.
According to reports, 29-year-old Francisco Felix drove into a crime scene investigation of a shooting incident that killed two people. Felix almost hit officers before he struck an occupied patrol car. As a result, the officer inside that vehicle sustained minor injuries.
