San Bernardino, CA (May 10, 2024) – 39-year-old Frances Bustillos of San Bernardino was killed in a 215 Freeway collision Wednesday afternoon.

It was about 1:23 p.m. on May 8 when CHP officers responded to the traffic accident on southbound 215 FWY near the I-210 westbound interchange.

Sadly, the authorities declared the driver, Bustillos, deceased at the crash scene.
