Four People Injured in Three-Car Crash on Myrtle Avenue [Eureka, CA]

3 Women and 1 Man Hospitalized after Three Cars Collide near McFarlan Street

 
EUREKA, CA (March 7, 2019) – Four people suffered injuries Thursday afternoon following a three-car crash on Myrtle Avenue. Authorities did not disclose the identities of the victims.
 
As per reports, the incident happened near McFarlan Street, shortly after 3:00 PM. For unknown reasons, an eastbound Toyota Corolla went into the westbound lane and struck a Dodge Charger and a Kia.
 
Emergency responders transported three women and a man to the hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. The other people involved in the crash, including a three-month-old baby, did not sustain injuries.
 
An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the collision and to identify possible contributing factors. Witnesses are encouraged to cooperate with investigators as soon as possible. Additional information will be released once it becomes available.
