Lynnwood Four-Vehicle Crash Injures Four
Lynnwood, WA (May 27, 2021) – On Thursday, four were injured in Interstate 5 rear-end crash.
Officers responded to the accident scene at about 5 a.m. south of 220th Street, near Mountlake Terrace.
The authorities said that the a driver rear-ended a pickup truck and lost control of the vehicle. Then, it went off the roadway and slammed into the guardrail, then was struck by another car.
Afterwards, the causing car bounced back into lanes of traffic and was struck again by another vehicle.

Right away, rescuers took four injured people with some of them seriously injured to the hospital.
One patient was rushed to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Responders took two to Swedish Hospital in Edmonds while one was taken to Providence Medical Center in Everett.
Traffic crews closed four lanes during the incident. They reopened the lanes before 9 a.m.
