Forouz Kashi Dead Struck and Killed on Fair Oaks Boulevard and Marshall Avenue
SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA (December 23, 2020) – Monday night, Forouz Kashi, 81, died in a pedestrian accident on Fair Oaks Boulevard and Marshall Avenue.
The crash involving a Ford Fusion happened at about 7:10 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on Fair Oaks Boulevard, west of Marshall Avenue in Carmichael.
When the officers arrived, they located a female pedestrian struck by the Ford Fusion. Responders took her to the hospital with major injuries. Even so, Ms. Kashi succumbed to her injuries upon arrival.
Meanwhile, the CHP confirmed that the 59-year-old male driver of the Fusion immediately stopped after the accident. The Sacramento man has been cooperative with the investigation.
Due to the limited information available, the authorities continue to investigate the fatal Carmichael crash. However, the officials confirmed that the Fusion driver was not intoxicated during the collision.
