FORESTVILLE, CA – Airbags Deployed in Head-On Crash at Wohler Road and River Road

Two Cars Collide Head-On in Forestville, Major Damage Reported

 
FORESTVILLE, CA (January 27, 2019) – Airbags were deployed following a head-on collision Sunday afternoon in Forestville.
 
The collision happened around 12:32 p.m. on Wohler Road, about a quarter mile North of River Road near the Farm House Inn.
 
According to the CHP, two blue Toyota Prius collided head-on, blocking both the northbound and southbound traffic. Airbags were deployed in both vehicles.
 
An ambulance unit was dispatched to give aid, but the number of injured patients and the extent of injuries sustained were not immediately available.
 
Both cars sustained major front-end damage and were towed away from the wreckage.
 
It is unknown if drugs and/or alcohol have played a role in the crash. Further investigation is underway.
