FONTANA, CA – Man Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Valley Boulevard

63-Year-Old Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Vehicle on Valley Boulevard

FONTANA, CA (April 20, 2018) ­– A 63-year-old male was struck and killed in a pedestrian accident on Valley Boulevard, on Friday evening.

The collision occurred around 9:45 PM when the man was crossing Valley Blvd and he was hit by a vehicle that was driving westbound. He sustained life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at 10:02 PM on the scene by responding paramedics.

The man’s identity will be released after notification of the family, according to the Coroner’s Division. The Fontana Police Department Major Accident Investigations Team is currently investigating the incident, and no further details about the fatal collision has been released at this time.
