Late Afternoon 2-Vehicle Wreck on 210 Freeway in Fontana Injures One
FONTANA, CA (January 29, 2019 – A man was injured following a two-vehicle collision late Tuesday evening in Fontana.
The collision happened around 5:30 p.m. on eastbound 210 Freeway at Sierra Avenue on-ramp.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a brown Dodge van and a red Nissan collided for unknown reasons. A male occupant in the van suffered head injuries as a result of the accident. A woman was also reported to have stuck her leg in the vehicle.
Responding paramedics took the injured man to a hospital in an unknown condition.
The Nissan was severely damage from the crash, while the Dodge had front-end damage. Both vehicles were towed away from the wreckage.
Due to several factors remained unclear, investigation is ongoing.
