Man Fatally Struck by 2 Vehicles San Jacinto Street Collision
Hemet, CA (June 3, 2022) On Wednesday, a man in his 40s died after getting hit by possibly 2 vehicles in a hit-and-run accident on Florida Avenue.
The Hemet Police Department (HPD) says that the fatal collision happened at around 9:25 p.m. near San Jacinto Street.
Reports say that a westbound vehicle struck the pedestrian walking in the westbound lanes.
Moreover, police believe that another vehicle may have hit the man.
Both vehicles did not stop and drove away.
Hemet Fire Department (HFD) paramedics pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene.
Furthermore, police describe the 1st vehicle as a late-model sedan, no word on the other vehicle at this time.
Police are investigating the hit-and-run accident on Florida Avenue and have not released additional information at this time.
