Two Vehicles Involved in Collision near Western Avenue

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (November 22, 2019) – Five people were injured in a crash on Beverly Boulevard on early Friday.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Western Avenue at approximately 5:30 AM.
 
Reports from the Los Angeles Fire Department showed an eastbound BMW ran a red light on Beverly Boulevard and struck an Acura.
 
The BMW had four occupants, while the Acura driver was alone in the car. They were extricated from the vehicles before they were taken to the hospital. Two people were in critical condition, two in serious condition, and one was listed in a fair condition.
 
An investigation is ongoing.
