Van and Sedan Involved in Firebaugh Morning Collision, Multiple Injuries Reported
FIREBAUGH, CA (April 11, 2019) – Several people were injured Thursday morning following a 2-vehicle crash on Avenue 7 1/2 and Road 9.
The collision happened around 6:05 a.m., at the intersection of Avenue 7 1/2 and Road 9. Dispatchers arrived to the area soon after.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a red Chevrolet Impala and a white van collided for unknown reasons. The impact injured at least four to five occupants and paramedics were dispatched to the scene to give aid.
There were no descriptions of any vehicular damages but both vehicles were towed away from the wreckage.
An investigation is ongoing and no further updates regarding the victims’ condition.
