1 Person Dead in Sacramento Auto Accident on Business 80 near Fulton Avenue

SACRAMENTO, CA (June 26, 2024) – Tuesday morning, a fiery vehicle crash on Business 80 near Fulton Avenue killed one person.

The incident happened at around 4:13 a.m. on northbound Business 80 near the Fulton Avenue onramp.

According to reports, a vehicle lost control for still unknown reasons and crashed into the right shoulder barrier. Then, the vehicle rolled over and erupted into flames.

Moreover, responders pronounced the driver of the vehicle, dead at the scene. Then, paramedics transported two passengers of the vehicle, a man and a woman, to a hospital with major injuries and burns.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the CHP continued to investigate the crash.
