2 People Hurt in Corona Auto Accident on Interstate 15 near Magnolia Avenue

CORONA, CA (January 28, 2024) – Friday night, a fiery traffic crash on Interstate 15 near Magnolia Avenue injured two people.

The incident happened at around 6:00 p.m. on northbound Interstate 15, just north of the Magnolia Avenue ramps.

According to the Corona Fire Department, the incident involved three vehicles, including the two that erupted into flames after the incident. Then, authorities said that one of the involved vehicles was a medical van that contained multiple oxygen tanks that caused the fire to spread to the surrounding vegetation.

Moreover, responders transported two people to a hospital with unknown injuries.

Furthermore, the crash closed the Magnolia ramps and northbound lanes of I-15.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
