SAN DIEGO, CA (April 18, 2023) – Monday morning, a fiery multi-vehicle crash on Miramar Road near Interstate 805 sent 1 to the hospital.

The incident occurred just before 7 a.m. on Miramar Road near the on-ramp to northbound Interstate 805.

Meanwhile, the San Diego Police Department confirmed that the incident involved one truck and two cars. After the crash, the truck veered off the road and into the gully.

Meanwhile, one of the cars had caught fire.
