Fiery 3-Vehicle Accident on Highway 101 Led to Injury [Hopland, CA]

Hopland, CA (October 21, 2023) On Thursday evening, a fiery 3-vehicle accident on Highway 101 south of Hopland left a person possibly injured.

According to the CHP, the 3-vehicle crash happened around 9:22 p.m. on the northbound lane of Highway 101 just south of mile marker 3.18 near Frog Woman Rock.

Reports say that a black Ford Mustang, a tractor-trailer, and another vehicle were involved in the disastrous crash.

Officials say that the Ford burst into flames after the crash, a person was trapped inside the burning vehicle and was not getting out of the burning vehicle.

Authorities say that collision blocked the roadways and caused considerable traffic delays.

CHP is investigating the 3-vehicle crash and have not released additional information at this time.
