Joshua Moloney Arrested in Chino Fatal DUI Crash
Chino, CA (December 23, 2022) – On Saturday, the authorities arrested Joshua Moloney, 42, of Chino, in a DUI crash on El Prado Road that killed Fernando Aguilar, 27, of Los Angeles.
The authorities responded to the crash scene at about 5:38 p.m. in the area of Kimball Avenue. Reports say a Chevrolet pickup truck rear-ended a sedan driven by Fernando Aguilar.
Unfortunately, the authorities confirmed that Aguilar who died at the scene.
Meanwhile, a third car was hit in the collision injuring two other people.
City of Chino spokeswoman Vivian Castro said Moloney was driving while under the influence of alcohol.
The authorities arrested and booked Joshua Moloney into the West Valley Detention Center on $1 million bail. Moloney is scheduled to appear in a San Bernardino County courtroom on Monday, January 9.
