Bakersfield, CA (August 19, 2022) – Friday morning, a woman died in a crash on California Avenue and N Street.

The deadly auto-pedestrian crash in Bakersfield happened at around 5:16 a.m. on August 19.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the officers.

Police said neither drugs nor alcohol appeared to be a factor.
