Felimon Rodriguez of Palermo Involved in Lincoln Boulevard Fatal Accident [Oroville, CA]

Oroville, CA (January 26, 2024) – Felimon Rodriguez of Palermo was involved in a Lincoln Boulevard fatal accident Wednesday afternoon.

The authorities responded at about 5:49 p.m. to the pedestrian accident at Mill Street.

Investigators said Rodriguez was driving a southbound 2008 Tacoma on Lincoln Boulevard toward Mill Street.

At the same time, a man was walking southbound on Lincoln Boulevard. 

Rodriguez saw the man in his lane but did not have time to avoid a collision with the man. The right front of the Tacoma struck the pedestrian.

The authorities withheld the victim’s identity pending notification of next of kin. 

Officers do not consider alcohol and drugs as factors in this accident. 

CHP is still investigating the collision.
