Two Injured in HWY 60 Vehicle Collision
Wittmann, AZ (May 06, 2022) – Earlier today, a person died and two others sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 60.
The fatal incident happened minutes after 2:30 a.m. near milepost 131.
Reports say that a Dodge Ram pickup truck was westbound in the eastbound lanes.
As a result, the pickup truck crashed into a semi-tractor trailer. Both of the vehicles sustained extensive damage.
Unfortunately, the pickup truck driver died at the scene while its passenger was ejected and incurred non-fatal injuries.
The paramedics took the semi-truck driver to the hospital with minor injuries.
Meanwhile, the authorities consider impairment as a factor in the collision.
