GILROY, CA (October 7, 2019) – The California Highway Patrol reported a fatality in a traffic crash on Frazier Lake Road on Friday, October 4.
 
The collision happened at around 8:46 a.m. on Frazier Lake Road just south of Bloomfield Avenue.
 
The incident involved three vehicles. Reports said that a woman was initially stuck in her vehicle and she was able to get out.
 
There is no additional information about this incident. The identity of the deceased was not yet released.
 
Officials are still investigating the circumstances that lead to the collision.
