FRESNO, CA (May 3, 2022) – Monday afternoon, a head-on crash on Highway 33 and Sutter Avenue led to fatalities.
 
The incident happened at about 2:40 p.m. on Highway 33, north of Sutter Avenue.
 
According to reports, the incident involved a pickup truck and a van. After the crash, one of the cars was burned completely.
 
Meanwhile, officers said that three people died in the crash.
