RICHARDSON, TX (December 19, 2024) – Wednesday morning, a fatal pedestrian crash on Frontage Road and Spring Valley Road killed one person.

The incident happened at around 1:55 a.m. on Frontage Road and Spring Valley Road.

According to reports, a northbound Cadillac SUV entered the intersection and collided with a westbound Kia sedan. Then, the Cadillac continued into the intersection and struck a pedestrian who was crossing the roadway in a marked crosswalk.

Moreover, responders pronounced the pedestrian, dead at the scene.

Furthermore, officers confirmed that two occupants of the Cadillac fled the scene on foot after the incident, but one was arrested while the other was still at large.
