1 Killed in San Pablo Pedestrian Crash
SAN PABLO, CA (April 6, 2020) – On April 3, a fatal pedestrian crash occurred in the 2800 block of Giant Road in San Pablo.
The San Pablo Police Department revealed that an adult male pedestrian was walking in the road Friday night when a southbound vehicle struck him on Giant Road.
When the officers and paramedics arrived, they administered life-saving measures.
Unfortunately, the victim didn’t survive. Personnel declared him dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the authorities confirmed that the involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators. The police also ruled out alcohol or narcotics as a factor in the pedestrian crash.
As a result of the incident, the police closed a part of Giant Road until 4:00 a.m. Saturday.
