1 Dead in Phoenix Pedestrian Accident
PHOENIX, AZ (November 29, 2019) – A person died in a pedestrian accident on 40th Street on November 27 in Phoenix.
The incident happened at 40th Street. The crash shut down eastbound Loop 202 Red Mountain at the Mini-Stack interchange.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety revealed that a vehicle hit and killed a person on the road. It is still unknown why the person stayed in the road or if impairment and speed played a role in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
