Bakersfield, CA (March 30, 2024) Early Friday morning, a female pedestrian was killed in a horrific hit-and-run crash on Hosking Avenue.
According to Bakersfield police, the tragic collision happened on the 7700 block of South Union Avenue at the intersection with Hosking Avenue.
Reports say that the woman was walking east when she was struck by a northbound light-colored vehicle.
Authorities say that the vehicle did not stop to render aid to the fallen woman and fled the scene before authorities arrived.
