Vancouver, WA (October 02, 2021) – On Thursday, a pedestrian dies in a hit-and-run crash near Interstate 205.

The fatal crash took place at about 8:50 p.m. at State Route 500.

Officers said the victim was walking when they were struck by the driver. 

Unfortunately, the unidentified pedestrian died at the scene.

Meanwhile, the suspect driver immediately fled the scene and has not been located. Also, there is no available description of the suspect vehicle and driver at this time.
