WICKENBURG, AZ (June 2, 2021) – Tuesday afternoon, a fatal head-on crash on US 93 involved a car and a semi-truck.
 
The Arizona Department of Public Safety confirmed that the incident occurred at around noon.
 
Meanwhile, a video revealed that the front of the semi was on fire. Also, the remains of the truck and a car have been charred.
