1 Person Dead in San Jose DUI Accident on North Jackson Avenue and Alexian Drive

SAN JOSE, CA (October 24, 2023) – Sunday morning, a fatal DUI crash on North Jackson Avenue and Alexian Drive killed 1 person.

The incident happened at around 1:00 a.m. near the intersection of North Jackson Avenue and Alexian Drive.

According to reports, a northbound 2003 Dodge truck struck a southbound 2013 Kawasaki motorcycle while attempting to make a left turn into an apartment complex.

Moreover, responders rushed the motorcyclist to a hospital where the victim was later pronounced dead.

Furthermore, officers arrested the driver of the Dodge truck on suspicion of DUI. Then, officers booked the suspect into the Santa Clara County Jail for driving under the influence of alcohol.
