1 Dead in Sacramento County Car Accident on Highway 99
SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA (November 11, 2019) – A person died in a car accident on Highway 99 on November 7.
According to reports, the 65-year-old man drove his Honda Fit south on Highway 99 near Twin Cities Road at about 8:30 a.m. However, he veered and went off the road. As he lost control, his vehicle rolled over and crashed through a barbed-wire fence. After that, it landed on its side near West Stockton Boulevard.
Reports revealed that the man didn’t wear a seat belt. Hence, he got thrown off of the car and died at the scene.
It’s still unclear whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the car accident.
