VISTA, CA (January 6, 2020) – A person died in a two-car accident on Highway 78 on January 4 in Vista.
 
The incident happened just after 8:15 a.m. on westbound Highway 78, east of Sycamore Avenue. According to the California Highway Patrol, a small sedan rear-ended a semi-truck on Saturday morning.
