Lancaster, CA (December 26, 2023) On Monday evening, at least one person died after a big rig crash on 10th Street East.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the tragic crash happened around the intersection of 10th Street East and E Avenue E at about 6 p.m.

Reports say that a Kia and a big rig were involved in the fatal crash, and authorities closed the intersection for the investigation.

CHP has not released additional information at this time.
