1 Killed in Spokane Pedestrian Accident on 90 Freeway
SPOKANE, WA (September 12, 2019) – A person died in an car-pedestrian accident on 90 Freeway on September 10.
The collision closed the right two lanes of westbound 90 Freeway at the Second Avenue exit. However, the authorities are still investigating the hit-and-run involving a car and pedestrian accident.
According to the WSP, the pedestrian died due to his injuries while on the way to the hospital.
In addition, detectives with the Washington State Patrol seeks the public’s help in finding the suspect vehicle.
“We are looking for a 2005-2010 model year silver or gray Volkswagen Jetta station wagon with the right front and right side mirror damage,” WSP Trooper Jeff Sevigney revealed.
Police did not release any other information at this time. However, authorities are urging anyone with information to contact WSP Detective Ryan Spangler at 509-227-6644.
