TRINITY COUNTY, CA (September 22, 2024) – Friday afternoon, a fatal ATV crash on Forest Service Road 32N04 killed two people.

The incident happened at around 1:00 p.m. on Forest Service Road 32N04.

According to reports, the incident involved an ATV that crashed and rolled over for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders pronounced one person, dead at the scene. Then, paramedics airlifted another person to a hospital with critical injuries. Also, authorities confirmed that the patient was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the CHP continued to investigate the crash.
