Alturas, CA (October 28, 2022) – On Tuesday, a person died in an ultralight aircraft collision in Modoc County.
According to a Facebook post by the City of Alturas, emergency rescuers were sent to the municipal airport for reports of a fatal accident involving an ultralight experimental aircraft.
