Scooter Crash on Ingraham Street in San Diego Sends Fallon Lev to Hospital
San Diego, CA (October 8, 2020) – On Wednesday, 36-year-old Fallon Lev was injured while riding a scooter in a hit-and-run accident on Ingraham Street.
The San Diego Police Department said the accident happened at about 1 p.m. in the Mission Bay Park neighborhood.
Apparently, Fallon Lev was riding onto the Sunset Cliffs off-ramp. Just then, a maroon car attempted to pass her on the left side.
As a result of the crash, the Pacific Beach woman fell off the scooter and fractured her pelvis, a tooth, and had multiple abrasions.
Immediately, paramedics rushed her to a local hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries.

Lev claimed the vehicle might have been an older model, maroon sedan, which may have been the car right behind the vehicle that struck her.
