Estrella Preciosa Pantoja Arrested in Fatal DUI Crash in Lakeview District [Stockton, CA]

1 Person Dead in Stockton Auto Accident in Lakeview District near Quail Lakes Drive

STOCKTON, CA (July 15, 2024) – Sunday morning, authorities arrested Estrella Preciosa Pantoja after a fatal DUI crash in Lakeview District.

The incident happened at around 1:00 a.m. in Lakeview District, near Quail Lakes Drive and North Pershing Avenue.

According to the Stockton Police Department, a vehicle broadsided another vehicle for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders rushed the 22-year-old female driver of the broadsided vehicle to a hospital where she was later pronounced dead.

Furthermore, officers arrested the driver of the suspect vehicle, identified as 24-year-old Pantoja, for vehicle manslaughter with gross negligence and two felony counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.
