Injuries Reported in Austin Fatal Crash
Austin, TX (October 3, 2024) – 90-year-old Esther Saylee died in a vehicle crash on Great Hills Trail Saturday evening.
It was about 6:22 p.m. when the fatal crash happened at the intersection with the North Capital of Texas Highway.
Investigators determined a southbound SUV on Great Hills Trail ran a red light and struck a hatchback sedan entering the intersection on a green light.
Esther Saylee who was a passenger in the SUV, was pronounced deceased at a local hospital.
Two other SUV passengers were transported with non-life-threatening injuries.
