Livingston Woman Erica Neal Dies in Pedestrian Accident on East Pacheco Boulevard
Los Banos, CA (April 01, 2021) – On Thursday, Erica Neal, 30, was struck and killed by PG&E Vehicle on East Pacheco Boulevard.
The deadly pedestrian accident happened at 6:14 a.m. at the intersection of Mercey Springs Road.
Reports said the adult female pedestrian was seen crossing the intersection in a southbound direction outside of the marked crosswalk.
Unfortunately, she was struck by an eastbound PG&E Ford pickup truck on a green light at an unknown speed in the number one lane.
Authorities pronounced the woman, from Livingston, dead at the scene.
The truck driver was cooperative with police and neither drugs nor alcohol appear to be a factor in the accident.
Meanwhile, officers continue to investigate the incident.
Police did not release the name of the driver involved in the collision.
