1 Person Dead in Dallas Pedestrian Accident on N Moore Street
DALLAS, TX (February 23, 2023) – Tuesday afternoon, authorities arrested Emmanual Green after a fatal pedestrian crash on N Moore Street.
The incident happened at around 2:42 p.m. in the 400 block of N Moore Street.
According to the Dallas police, 61-year-old Emmanual Green got into his car after an argument with another man. Then, Green struck the victim on purpose.
