Ileta Simonov Arrested after Fatal DUI Crash near Northeast 132nd Street
VANCOUVER, WA (November 21, 2018) – A man was killed late Wednesday evening following a pedestrian crash near Northeast 132nd Street. The victim was later identified as 48-year-old Elvis Keplinger. His city of residence was not immediately provided.
According to the Vancouver Police Department, the incident happened in the 13100 block of Northeast 28th Street, at about 10:45 PM. A man was jumping in and out of traffic when he was struck by a westbound vehicle.
