Police Investigate a Fatal Crash on Lambert Lane near Marana

Marana, AZ (July 26, 2021) – Sunday night, a 57-year-old pedestrian, identified as Elise Courderc died in a crash on Lambert Lane.

The fatal crash in Marana happened on July 25, near Avra Vista Drive.

According to Pima County Sheriff’s Department, the driver of the Ford pick-up truck traveled westbound on Lambert Lane near Avra Vista Drive and struck the pedestrian near the road.

EMS transported Courderc to the hospital in critical condition where she later died.

PCSD said that neither speed nor impairment ruled as a factor in the collision.

Further investigation of this fatal collision remains ongoing.
