Snohomish Vehicle Collision Results in Injuries

Snohomish, WA (June 22, 2022) – On Monday, eight people including five children sustained injuries in a State Route 2 two-vehicle collision.

It was about 9:41 p.m. when the traffic incident took place east of 88th Street Southeast.

Officers say an eastbound Cadillac drifted over into the westbound lane and crashed head-on with a Toyota Sienna.

They added that the 44-year-old driver of the Cadillac was not wearing a seat belt during the accident.

Immediately, the paramedics rushed the seven people in the Toyota Sienna, and the driver of the Cadillac, to Providence Regional Medical Center with injuries.

Officers are investigating the Snohomish vehicle collision.

When driving, it is important to follow all driving laws and the conditions of the road. If you see any vehicle or driver that looks dangerous, keep your distance. If you see a vehicle weaving in and out of the lanes, move over a few lanes and get out of their way.

Drive defensively to ensure the safety of surrounding vehicles, drivers, and pedestrians.
