Efrain Martinez Hospitalized After Crashing Into Semi-Truck in Fresno

 
Freso, CA (July 13, 2020) – On Monday morning, 19-year-old Efrain Martinez sustained severe injuries in a semi-truck crash on Highway 99.
 
The collision happened just after midnight near Tulare.
 
The victim was traveling along a frontage road, east of Highway 99, and then went northbound. Shortly after, he went through a fence and crashed with a semi-truck.
 
As a result, Martinez was pinned inside his silver Honda.
 
Immediately, rescuers airlifted him to Kaweah Delta Medical Center with major injuries.
