Edward McHale Dies in 44th Street and Osborn Road Crash

Phoenix, AZ (January 17, 2022) – Sunday night, 42-year-old Edward McHale died in a crash on 44th Street and Osborn Road.

The fatal crash in Phoenix happened at around 8 p.m. on January 16.

Phoenix police said McHale was reportedly crossing the street against a do-not-walk signal when he was struck by a passenger car.

EMS took him to the hospital where he later died from his injuries.

The driver of the car stayed at the scene and did not show any signs of impairment. 

Further investigation is ongoing.
