Highway 680 DUI Crash Kills Phoenix Woman, Eduardo Preciado Arrested
Milpitas, CA (May 13, 2021) – On Wednesday, a 52-year-old Phoenix woman died, while police arrested Eduardo Preciado, a 25-year-old Fremont man, on Interstate Highway 680 DUI crash.
